Fresh Apple Vinaigrette

This dressing will add a natural sweet kick to any salad. Light and tasty, it’s the perfect complement to a hearty salad, but also a nice boost to simple greens. Try it on my cherry, apple and greens salad or my nature’s bounty salad.


  • ½ apple (peeled and diced)

  • 1 T apple cider vinegar

  • 1 clove garlic (minced)

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 T honey

  • ¼ t salt

  • 1/3 c olive oil


Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a mini food processor and blend on high until smooth. Gradually add in olive oil until blended. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator up to 3-4 days before serving.
