Minty Shamrock Shake

Erin Go Bragh! Skip the green beer on St. Patrick’s Day and treat yourself to this minty shamrock shake! It’s dairy-free, refined sugar-free, gluten-free, nutritious and delicious. A great way to celebrate any time of day!


  • 1 frozen banana

  • 2 pitted dates

  • 1 T almond butter

  • 1 c fresh spinach or kale

  • ¼ c fresh mint

  • ½ t vanilla

  • ¼ t mint extract

  • ½ c almond or coconut milk

  • handful of ice


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high.
