Healthy Slow-Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork

Juicy BBQ pulled pork, what could be better? Plus it’s actually healthy! I use The New Primal Noble Made Classic BBQ Sauce which has very little sugar and all-natural ingredients including grass-fed bone broth. I also make my pulled pork in the crock pot or slow-cooker so the meat is tender and tasty. Serve it over a gluten-free bun and with my healthy, vibrant coleslaw. This combo is one of my favorite dishes to make for a friend.



Mix together 1 ½ cups bbq sauce, onion, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and salt. Place it in a crock pot set on high. Add tenderloin. Cook for 4 hours on high, stirring occasionally. When meat is tender, shred the meat with two forks. Mix all extra juices into shredded meat. Add remaining ¾ c up of bbq sauce and mix it into the meat. Serve meat on a gluten free bun or in a bowl. This meat goes great with my coleslaw. Serves 8.
