 Healthy Pumpkin Pie Latte

It’s pumpkin season and that means pumpkin latte time! Skip Starbucks and try my recipe made with real pumpkin. Enjoy it as a warm morning treat, afternoon pick-me-up or at the end of a nice meal like a fall harvest dinner celebration.


  • ¼ c canned pumpkin (save the extra for your pumpkin pie truffles!)

  • 1 ½ c unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 T pure maple syrup

  • ½ t pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 c strong coffee (decaf or regular)


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly. Pour into a small saucepan and heat up on low heat. Whisk until frothy. Pour into mugs and enjoy. Makes 2 lattes.
